Thor Gjermund Eriksen has joined Norwegian betting and lottery operator, Norsk Tipping, as its new CEO, having been appointed by the company’s Board of Directors
Thor Gjermund Eriksen has joined Norseman betting and lottery operator, Norsk Tipping, as its young CEO, having been appointed by the company’s Board of Directors.
Eriksen joins Norsk Tipping from the country’s national public broadcasting company, Norse Broadcasting Corporation (NRK). At the NRK, he served as Director-General of the organisation from 2013.
His stance was not due to expire until 2025, although he had previously uttered his indirect request to explore a unexampled career path.
Eriksen testament step downwardly from his role as Director-General on 29 Apr and, after a shortsighted break, will take the role of CEO at Norsk Tipping from 12 September.
