The KY Horse Racing Commission (KHRC) has awarded developer Revolutionary Racing a licence to opened a new Ashland, KY American canton horse sprint racing track, and historical horseracing (HHR) facility.
The favourable reception comes as the ninth and net licence granted past the KHRC, inwards an elbow grease by the Commission to reintroduce billet horseracing to the tell of Kentucky.
Governor of KY Andy Beshear said: “We are excited to experience quarter horseracing backwards in Kentucky. This contrive invests $55m and creates 200 jobs in the northeastward corner of our commonwealth.
