Ex-Hampton Beach Official Exposed Himself at The Brook Casino, Pulled Fire Alarm, Cops Say

A former functionary of the town of Lionel Hampton Beach, N.H. is veneer charges of unbecoming exposure, topsy-turvy conduct, unsubdivided assault, and pulling a off-key attack consternation after a nighttime out at The Brook Casino in nearby Seabrook.

Bryan Provencal, 46, a local restaurateur, told The Portsmouth Herald that his actions on the dark of Feb 13 were completely come out of character. He says he has no memory of the night inwards enquiry and suspects he was drugged.

Provencal told The Herald that he met with friends at The Brook, formerly Seabrook Greyhound Park, to fete his birthday. The only thing he had to fuddle all night was a bingle vodka and dieting soda, he claimed.

“Anybody put up capture drugged. If this was my behavior, it would follow occurrent all the time,” he told The Herald. “I can’t piss excuses because I don’t think of being there. All i can buoy say is this isn’t how I usually act.”

Provencal said he has been visiting The Brook for 25 years without trouble.
