Caesars scholarship programme awards 22 US students college funds

Caesars Entertainment has awarded 22 US students up to $20,000 to help pay for a college degree as part of its Don Carano Legacy Scholarship

Caesars Entertainment has awarded 22 US students upwards to $20,000 to aid make up for a college level as component part of its Don Carano Legacy Scholarship.

Scholarship recipients testament get $5,000 a year, renewable for up to IV years (the length of a US college degree).

Caesars’ scholarship is a tribute to Don River Carano, father of Eldorado Resorts. The operator hoped to gaining control Carano’s “passion for the gaming industry and the family line values shared” at Caesars when conceiving the programme.

The scholarship was open up to dependents of Caesars' team members who are current high-pitched schooltime seniors or enrolled inward college.

CEO of Caesars Entertainment Uncle Tom Reeg said: “We were implausibly impressed past the applicants for our maiden yr of the Don River Carano Legacy Scholarship.

"Supporting our squad members is our top side priority, and that means supporting their families as well. We're proud to set in motion this scholarship programme and ply financial help to these remarkable and various students."

Students were selected in partnership with the Community Foundation of Northern Battle Born State from a various puddle of applicants.

Scholarship winners include students from Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, Volunteer State and Wisconsin.

The Don River Carano Legacy Scholarship is voice of Caesars Entertainment’s new launched All-in On Education programme, which offers a mountain range of other financial benefits for current and prospective students.
