Aria Announces Las Vegas Strip’s Newest Upscale Food Hall

Clique Hospitality is nearly to unveil a new upscale solid food hall, “Proper Eats,” in the space erst occupied by the batter at Aria. Seth to clear inward early winter, the 24,000-square-foot area — designed by Italian designer Munge and his firm, Studio Munge — will self-praise 12 dining concepts on Aria’s back tear down promenade. These will include the 1st “Seoul Bird: out of doors London, and the first off “Wexler’s Deli” outdoors Los Angeles.

“This is a woolgather destination for me,” said Andy Masi, beginner of Las Vegas-based Clique Hospitality, inward a press statement. “Our team is bringing unitedly cocktails and cuisine from some of our favorite places in the mankind inwards single strikingly beautiful space in the midriff of the Las Vegas Strip.”

Korean Soul Food with a Side of Lox

Created by chefs Judy Joo and Andrew Hales in 2019, capital of South Korea Bird is a Walhalla for Korean fried lily-livered and other street food inspired by Joo’s Korean-American heritage and the pair’s intellectual nourishment tours crosswise South Korea.

A Foodie Hall

Masi has partnered with hospitality leaders, Jason McLeod, culinary director of Proper Eats, and King Oliver Wharton, founder of “A Perfect Bite,” to pastor this foodie collection. Previously corporate executive chef of Consortium Holdings, McLeod is behind some of San Diego’s top dining destinations, including “Born & Raised” and “Ironside Fish & Oyster.”

Wharton has long been 1 of the first hospitality experts inward Las Vegas, and has worked alongside renowned chefs Jose Andres and Michael Mina, as swell as has held polar roles within some of the city’s hottest restaurants and clubs.
