Aquarius Casino Resort Murder Defendants Reportedly Fail To Show Up for Court

Two defendants both supercharged inwards a July slaying at Nevada’s Aquarius Casino Resort allegedly failed to turn of events up for a scheduled courtroom coming into court last week. The audition was rescheduled for Feb. 24 inwards Laughlin, Nev. Justice Court.

Neither Julio Ceasar Arrezola Rodriguez, 47, nor David Cruz, 45, appeared either inward individual or past the cyberspace for the scheduled hearing, Mohave Valley Daily News, a local newspaper, reported. Both are out on bond.

Relatives of Victim Angry Cruz Released

The fact that the court allow Cruz come out on bail bond angered the victim’s relatives last-place year.

Jasmine Arayan, Alejo Areyan’s daughter, further told the Daily News they need “to have the justness we deserve.”
