Amazon Named in Social Casino App Lawsuit, Plaintiff Says He Became ‘Addicted’

Amazon, the world’s largest online retail merchant and marketplace, has been named as a defendant in a proposed class-action causa thought-provoking the internet site’s tolerance of free-to-play societal cassino apps.

Horn says he became addicted to several social gaming apps, including Take 5 Vegas Slots, Lightning Link Casino, and Quick Hit Slots. Horn claims to experience spent several hours a daylight playing the games on his information processing system and wandering devices, and says he spent large amounts of money to go along his gameplay. Horn’s case details that he made more than 320 digital transactions for virtual chips betwixt Oct 2022 and September 2023.

“Playing the illegal slots has had a devastating impact on Plaintiff Horn’s life,” the suit declared.

Recent Social Gaming Lawsuit Winners
